I would let them take their course of action. The most likely will send you for further evaluation for PTSD, but I don't think they will hold up the ratings for TBI and Depression.

the deferred item may take a couple of months or more to develop, and it will not delay the rating decision on the two other claims.

You wont win unless you try. I would send in letters and try to get your Drill Sgt to write that letter for you, If need be write the letter and mail it.
